Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The rooms, though outdated and with poor ventilation, did offer complimentary drinks in the minibar, which was a nice touch. The service was friendly and attentive, but there were some delays in serving guests. The location, right on Hythe beach, was great for relaxing walks but could use some updating and maintenance. Dining options were limited, especially for vegans, and came at an extra cost. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs some improvements to fully shine.
The hotel offers a lovely view of the gardens and St Leonard's church, but the rooms could be more inviting and cleaner. The service is top-notch, with very helpful and considerate staff. The location is ideal, next to the beach and easy access to the town. Dining options are sufficient but could be improved for better value. Facilities are lacking in some areas.
The hotel offers a lovely view of the gardens and St Leonard's church on the hill, though the room had strong cooking smells. The service, especially from Silvo at reception, was friendly and helpful. The location is delightful, though some areas need updating. The dining experience was a bit disappointing with a poor selection of cereals. Overall, a nice stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel room I stayed in was very clean and recently renovated, which was a great surprise. However, the size of the room was a bit smaller than expected, and the breakfast was not worth the price. More food options would have been appreciated.
The hotel rooms were in need of refurbishment with wallpaper hanging off, blinds falling, and paint flaking off. However, the upgrade to a junior suite promised a much higher standard. The service ranged from being accommodating and good with children to a negative experience with intimidating and rude behavior. The location offered easy access to amenities but could do with a refurbishment to match a 4-star rating. Dining was greeted by friendly staff but was deemed pricey.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were fantastic, especially considering the discounted price. The large TV and stunning views from the windows made my stay extra special. Although there was some scaffolding, it didn't take away from the beauty outside. The room was well-decorated and furnished with top-notch amenities, a cozy bed, and a lovely bathroom. However, I did encounter an issue with being charged twice for dinner at the restaurant and reception.
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious, beautifully done, with a lovely bathroom, shower, and bath. The fact that they have a coffee machine and a mini-bar included is a lovely touch. We truly enjoyed our time there, it was a 10 out of 10 for us!
